The hotel was like a palace with large and very clean rooms, offering a comfortable and clean stay. The service was amazing, personalized, and with a quite atmosphere, although some staff members could have been friendlier. The location was good and quiet, away from the city's busy tempo, providing convenient access to other places. The dining experience was really tasty with a variety of choices. Overall, a luxurious stay with great value for money.
The hotel is ideally located for my travel job, allowing for quick trips and easy access to anywhere in Amman. The rooms, spacious and clean, provide a perfect stay experience. The service, especially thanks to Yara who goes out of her way to ensure top-notch service, was excellent.
The hotel's rooms were comfortable and cozy, although some maintenance is needed, especially with the air conditioning. Overall, the stay was one of the most comfortable we had in Jordan in late October. The location was great, being almost central to all my points of interest, but taxis outside occasionally overcharged. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and helpful, although a bit too quick to persuade us to dine elsewhere. The hotel offers two excellent bedrooms and a living area with two bathrooms, making it the most comfortable place to relax either alone or with friends. The rooms are exactly as depicted in the pictures, featuring a very cozy and modern design, along with a comfortable bed and a delightful jacuzzi in the bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable.
